Terms & Condition
1 - Floor model and clearance items are sold 'as is'. No refund, returns, or store credit.
2 - Non stocked items or special ordered requires a 50% deposit. Should customer cancel said order, The Furniture House, will not refund any monies paid. Customer also agrees that The Furniture House does not accept any liability for shipping delays caused by the manufacturer. The Furniture House will give customer its best estimate of the delivery date of items ordered based upon its experience with manufacture and representations from the manufacture. The Furniture House will not refund monies paid because Of such shipping delay.
3 - All layaways are 90 days unless otherwise noted by The Furniture House.
4 - Layaway accounts are provided to the customer to allow our Customers to guarantee the price of ordered merchandise. The Furniture House does not represent that in hold the merchandise once lay away Account is opened, but will guarantee the price of the ordered merchandise. The Furniture House requires a minimum of two weeks notice prior to pick up or delivery to help insure order is in stock. A store credit or reselect will be allowed if the merchandise is no longer available. All deposits on layaway are non refundable.
5 - Customer agrees to pay 25% of the total purchase price or monies already paid whichever is greater, as damages for cancellation of said agreement plus delivery charges.
6 - In the event there is no activity on an account/invoice for 90 days or more, the account will be terminated and all monies paid in shall be retained by The Furniture House as damages.
7 - A $35 service charge will be applied to any checks that are dishonored for any reason.
8 - It is customer's responsibility to insure that furniture purchased will fit in the premises intended for. The Furniture House isn't responsible if the merchandise will not fit or look right.
9 - Damage caused by The Furniture House, to items delivered to customer, must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. The Furniture House reserves to repair or replace damaged parts and will not replace the goods in their entirety, if said repair or replacement will cause furniture to be restored to its original condition prior to delivery. Merchandise picked up from the show room or warehouse by the customer must be inspected at the time of pick-up.
10 - All return items must be in original box and resalable condition.
11 - Wall mirrors, accessories or lamps, must be picked up at the store.
12 - Warranties are offered by the manufacturer of the items purchased while The Furniture House may assist customer in pursuing any rights derived from Manufacturer's or warranties, it does not provide customer with any assurances, guarantees or warranties for items purchased, Customer asserting any legal claims for warrantees agrees to pursue those claims directly against the manufacturer.
* Absolutely no return, exchange, refund or credit without The Furniture House approval.
* No cancellation, return, exchange, refund or store credit for 'as is' items, special order merchandise, beds and mattresses, or rugs that have been used.
* All sales/transactions are final. No refunds or charge card credits will be made on partial or full payments.
